The Corona virus pandemic prompted Gloria Brooks to launch Nano PCO offer clients the safest most effective way to purify the air they breathe in every indoor application.

With her interior design degree and over 25 yearsʼ experience in the industry, Gloria has been dedicated to finding the best solutions when faced with challenges presented in the places we live and work. It was a natural progression to step into the world of air purification.

PCO vs HEPA

PCO Systems capture and destroy particles 300% smaller than HEPA filtration systems. VOC's, Toxic Gases, Chemicals, Carbon Monoxide, Nitrous Oxide, Viruses, and Bacteria HEPA Systems capture particles down to 0.3 Microns PCO Systems destroy particles down to 0.001 Microns

PCO vs UV Light Alone

UV Light alone must be extremely near pathogens for at least 2 seconds to destroy them. It is also unsafe to use UV Light in the presence of humans and animals. By using specially treated reactor pads and UV-C bulbs, Nano PCO systems create a field of UV-C light that destroys 99.999% of the pathogens that pass through it, and are in- tended to be used hours a day - days a week. 

PCO vs Ionization

Ionization propels negative ions into the air, causing particles of dust and organic pathogens to clump together and fall to the floor and surfaces. These pathogens are still alive and can re-enter the air after the ionic bond is broken. Nano PCO systems destroy 99.999% of these pathogens, and release OH radicals into the air. These radicals continue to kill pathogens in the air and on surfaces as they land.

PCO vs Ozone

According to the FDA, “Ozone, to be effective as a bactericide or deodorizer, must be present in concentrations far greater than that which can be safely tolerated by man or other animals.ˮ According to the EPA, Ozone is a toxic gas with vastly different chemical and toxicological properties than oxygen. When inhaled it can damage the lungs and relatively low amounts can cause chest pain, coughing shortness of breath, and throat irritation. Nano PCO UV-C bulbs are specially designed to prevent Ozone from being created making our units 100% safe for humans and animals.
